Joe A. Harris brings 34 years of dedicated educational experience to Reading Roots Tutoring. Her career spans roles as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, school counselor, and building administrator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Middle School Mathematics, a Master of Education in Secondary Guidance, a Master’s in Building Administration, and an Educational Specialist degree in District Administration. Joe’s work is grounded in a deep commitment to literacy, student growth, and equitable, effective school leadership—supported by both extensive practical experience and advanced academic preparation.
